There have been occasional presentations at the "Linux on System z Linux Executive Council" meetings and I think a few papers on IBM's site. But I've never heard them talk about what application was moved (from/to) just that they moved n number of boxes/applications.
The funny thing is that i remeber the big adverts about consolidating their infrastructure and putting everything on Z boxes all over the world.
