Hmmm... been a while.  What about using a different name specified in
BLSCUSER prior to stopping and restarting DAE.    Otherwise, you should
just be able to cancel DUMPSRV and then delete / rename it prior to the
first SVC dump taken after that  (you can cancel DUMPSRV and it will 
restart automatically).
