Having no access to HMC, I must remain unenlightened.

But I know many GUI dialogs in which the semantics of "Continue"
and "Cancel" seem swapped, counterintuitive.  I must pause to
consider whether it means Cancel the Exit command, or Cancel the
application I'm trying to exit.
