If you have not joined the DB2 Newsgroup, that might be a better place to ask this question. Go to www.idug.org and signup to the DB2-L newsgroup. It would also help to know your z/OS level, what database you are using (DB2, VSAM, etc...). And what specifically you are trying to protect. What internal security are you using? Homegrown, if DB2, the DB2 security, etc... How is access to your database, batch, online, desktop? External users to your shop or just internal users? Please provide as much detail as possible. Security can be designed. We just need to know more about what is needed in your shop.
