Who's blacklisting IBM-MAIN

Attempting to connect to the archives from my
employer's WAN, I get:

    Compliance Alert:URL - http://listserv.ua.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=ibm-main; 
Category - Malicious Sites

And access to the archives is unbearably slow to
impossible from elsewhere.
