My name is Jerry Fochtman and I am a brother to Rick Fochtman. I am
sorry to
have to contact you in this way to let you know that we Rick passed
away on
Friday, June 29th. In going through Rick's things we came upon your
contact information amoung the many others he knew and communicated
with over
the years, and are in the process of letting his friends and
colleagues know of
his passing.
