Subject: IPL sequence question

I'm copying a number of DASD volumes this weekend and have a question.

Which comes first at IPL:

execution of the Commndsx member of Parmlib or the duplicate volume msg.?

I'm hoping I can prevent the dup msg. by coding COM='V 10EE,OFFLINE '
for those volumes that won't vary offline to be clipped on my sandbox due to
Ucats and APF entries etc.

Thank You,
