This is one of the concerns with the ACS code.  The best you can do is
1) Add Comments in the ACS code to describe what it is to do
2) Add comments to the entries for Dataclas Mgmtclas Storclas and Storgrp
3) Create Test Cases to validate the ACS code still does what you want.
4) Create a Word Doc, TSO Text File, or other (sharepoint?) to keep information 
about your ACS code and structure.

Othere than that, I do not think there is any template that could be put 
inplace.
