Roger, I definitely would not make a change like this by itself. And I probably 
wouldn't make it even if I were making another change. "If it ain't broke, 
don't fix it" would be why. 

I don't really check the policy either. I attend SHARE psx sessions, and if I 
see something I think we should be doing, I'll come home, investigate, and 
decide whether or not to implement it. The last two changes I recall were in 
2009, msgbased and duplexing. 

If there were holddata, I would of course, implement that. 

Sizing for CF Structures is done on an ongoing basis. There are three or four 
changes per year, mostly based on healthchecks.
