What about acting the other way round ? I mean, searching the GLOBAL zone(s) 
you have around and see
if they contain information related to your "orphaned" Target/DLIB pair. The 
information one GLOBAL zone
might contain is, i.e. an FMID, or a Zone index, an Option name, an FMID set.

I'm not sure you can determine which GLOBAL zone an orphaned set of Target/DLIB 
belongs to.
