There are many vendors that have products. An internet search should help bring those up. Use a search phrase like
IBM MONITOR SYSPLEX To start. Or you might try IBM MONITOR XCF I think RMF Magic might work or MXI or IBM's Tivoli Products Depending on what you want to do, you should be able to find a product You could even get CA OPS/MVS and then hire a consultant to code the function into OPS/MVS.
