HI lists, I thought that I would share this with the lists in case someone else encounters this silly error.
Every time I tried updating a service request I would get a msg that the update was successful, but I could not see any updates. Turns out that the support tech working on the SR had updated it with data containing this: *1>..</body>..</html> So that the browser would not display anything after the </body>. View source code displays the added data.
