Jim,
     Your suggestion almost worked.  Neither the home or primary AS alone were 
enough to cause the slip to fire. I found the cross memory IF slip fired only 
if I added BOTH asids to the slip as follows -

SLIP SET,IF,ID=RJM1,ACTION=SVCD,ASID=(asid-of-STC2. asid-of-STC1), 
PVTMOD=(module,offset,offset),END

This could get complex as there are quite a few different home ASs that can PC 
into the single primary AS, I guess I can just add them all to the ASID list?

Does that mean if I have say a singal primary and 5 possible home ASs listed it 
will dump all 6 or just the hone and primary at the time of the slip?
