Agreed that I  missed that distinction. I agree there is ONE mount per recall. 
But I will stay with what I said about the problem of handling a lot of recalls 
requests and subsequent mounts. 

I think the IEFBR14 recall problem has been fixed in the last 5 years or so. 
AFAIK it is a setting in ALLOCxx member.
