This is a JES3 environment. We've got some sysout that had DEST=XYZ inadvertently assigned, where XYZ is defined as an NJE destination. This destination cannot be reached from this system. I'm trying to bring back the output that is on Q=TCP to Q=WTR. I'm not a JES3 expert and had no success so far with the commands I tried. Can anyone enlighten me, please?
I tried * X NJEROUT,J=7687,TO=RR2 where RR2 is the node name of the current JES plex. JES3 prompts me to use the JG= parameter, and I seem to understand that I *U,Q=TCP,J=7687,TG=? should tell me the jobgroups of this job. The response looks like this: IAT8131 JOB MYUSER (JOB07687), D=RZ2, L=136, PG=42, SR=378, IAT8131 JOB MYUSER (JOB07687), BY=49008, TG=TCP00000. IAT8119 NUMBER OF JOBS FOUND : 1 IAT8141 NUMBER OF TCP JOBS FOUND : 1 What is the jobgroup and how would is setup the correct *X NJEROUT command to bring back the job from the TCP queue to the writer queue? -- Peter Hunkeler ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
