Hi,

We got the VTOC error while accessing this Volume and the PF1 says :

CVAF macro (SVC139) return code = '0' CVSTAT = '1'

The VTOC index is enabled though and found a link somewhat similar to my
situation : http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=isg1OA31994

The dasd is part of sysplex and it is EAV.
