The real answer is, there are a number of options that can be specified for what SYSUDUMP will give you. Look at "IEADMP00 (ABDUMP written to a SYSUDUMP data set)" in your Init & Tuning Ref.
SDATA= contents would be of interest to you. I would expect that what you really want is a SYSMDUMP which can be processed by IPCS to get the various stacks you may be interested in. I believe you can determine what your system has specified via the "D D,O" command. It will tell you what options are being used for SYSUDUMP.
