I assume you mean "newsgroups" and I have noticed that the two newsgroups to
which you refer are IBM-MAIN and CICS-L. There are many more potential
candidates for "newsgroups" including IBMTCP-L which is where this query might
also have been posted:

Talking of "newsgroups" and the like, if you are involved with BizTalk/HIS I
hope you are familiar with the relevant Microsoft forum:

See my response to Timothy Sipples. In order to align yourself with current and
future flavours of HIS, the answer is that Enterprise Extender - not Extender
Enterprise please! - will be required - with the additional requirement that
your VTAM is enabled for APPN - just in case you have multiple VTAMs using
"subarea" interconnection.

Perhaps your local z/OS Communications Server (CS) "gurus" should be pursuing
this matter rather than your good self!

> ... but can anyone suggest me which OSA would help for this integration ...

The answer is "probably". If your question is really "... but if would someone
kindly suggest to me ... I would be most grateful ..." - or something along
those lines, the answer is any currently available OSA feature suitably
configured to support CHPID type OSD.[1]

> ... and how to identify the currently running OSA card in our system.

Your local CS "gurus" will have the answer to this rather unclearly posed
question. An OSA feature actually supporting SNA or IP communication will be
identified in active VTAMLST members or the active CS IP PROFILE data set
respectively.

> Could someone share the whitepaper for HIS-CICS integration.

If you know about a "whitepaper for HIS-CICS integration", as is implied by
your question, perhaps you should search for the URL - and inform us all what
it is when you have found it.

Note that again, if someone knows about this "whitepaper", they would be
entitled simply to reply "Yes", since it is within their capability. If you
actually wanted someone to post an URL for it, you should adopt a form of words
similar to that I indicated above.

[1] OSD is preferred since the alternative OSE is essentially for migration
from the popular pre-OSA device, the 3172 while OSD offers considerable
performance and usability enhancements and promises more in the future.
