The new CBT Tape Version 485 has been cut. Most of the
www.cbttape.org web site has been updated with material from the new
version. The Updates page still has a few entries that didn't make the
Dec 16 deadline.
As you probably have figured out, I've been making approximately
two updates of the CBT Tape versions per year nowadays, because the
Updates page can contain the newly updated files (so you can easily get
them), and we don't depend on real tapes very much nowadays.
This version, if it would have been on a 6250 bpi reel, would have
10795+ feet of data. I'm not sure that it will still fit on a 3490E.
Use it all well......
