John, That's like we were monitoring HP Openview at a major hospital in NYC, all the main routers went red, indicator ins a major error. So we ran to the location, 4 or 5 floors above us and found a cleaning crew had unplugged the main router and plugged in their vacuum cleaner and was cleaning the floors. Of course the comm closet wasn't locked. Didn't design the network so I don't remember if they ad a backup routes or router...this was about 4 am when this occurred.
