I've switched my list email address to a new one, which is mine instead of the company's. Mainly to reduce the messages going to my company's email server. Bluntly, I would prefer people not use the old email address at all. I won't reply to anything sent to it which is not company related. And I'd prefer the minimum of traffic directly to this address as well. Especially questions that really should be asked on the list and not of me privately. Yes, that has happened some. I don't really know why. The questions weren't controversial or anything.
