We didn't. Order ADCD, that is. Our provider does. And ADCD development has 
decided what to put into a delivery:

As far as I know, this is an all-or-nothing. You don't get to chose a product 
(I would certanly only order one IMS, one DB2, one CICS, no z/OSMF and one WAS 
at the most). No matter what, you get two DB2s, two WASs, two IMSs (for both of 
them the dfsmrcl0 usermod is obsolete), two CICSs and lots of AD products. The 
RACF database still contains all DB2 definitions for all old releases in 
addition to the new definitions.

We don't have RSU 1203. Ours is almost a year older. I guess our provider 
didn't want to order the newest maintenance level. So we have IMS10 and IMS11.
