I didn't know that SAS had some kind of built in module for HSM. I save the MIGLOG, CMDLOG and BAKLOG to disk datasets and then pass them through a SAS routine I wrote that collects any non-zero return codes and does a SAS email with the errors. I oftened wondered how others were tracking HSM errors and thought of posting the question many times but never got around to it. I'd be interested in know what provisions SAS has as well as we do not have MXG.
