The broadcast dataset used to fill up with 'SEND <whatever>
<netid.userid (or whatever it was)> LOGON' messages when users were
offsite - e.g. on vacation. There was an MVS command to clear it
(somewhat similar to the DUMPDS one etc.) I haven't used it since the
late 80's and have now forgotten what it was. If anyone remembers it,
that might fix this problem.
