Guys,

Sorry for the time lag in responding, and thanks for the questions/replies.  
This was happening in basic PDF, 3.4 screens, edit, and the like.  And it 
wasn't consistent.  I would make the change to CSR and it would take, then I 
would exit ISPF (cleanly, or so I thought), and when I came back, the scroll 
was set back to PAGE.  On other occasions changing the scroll amount stayed.  
At any rate, it appears as though the problem went away, so I'm going to chalk 
it up to not enough sleep over the holidays and old age on my part.

Also:  What app within ISPF?  All, just one?   Profile sharing could
