    I can't explain why it tries to dub without seeing the
    allocation request.  bpxwdyn has only [1? -- gil] syscall.
    It is a write to return messages to a file descriptor.

    Depending on the keys requested, allocation might try to dub.

    If that is not the case, maybe try explicitly using the MSG
    key to get messages in a stem, although I think that is the
    default, or request WTP.
