Are you being facetious?  If EBCDIC; MODE B suffices, TERSE is overkill
(except needed for store-and-forward on a stream-oriented waystation).
I can't imagine a problem that adding TRANSMIT to the mix would solve.

One might zip the TRANSMITted TERSEd ADRDSSU dump to save network
bandwidth.  &c.
