I modified the SET ETDEF macro to specify SASN=NEW for this PC Routine,
That change allowed a Space Switching PC to issue ATSET and ETDIS, without 
disruption.

I must have read the topic on Address Space Authorization (SASN)100 Times.
Im still not sure I understand it, its as clear as mud.
