Not unless the program you're calling is a DFSMS utility whose
interface includes calling exits for inspecting the parameter list,
and I don't see the need for such an exit. As for programs that are
not part of DFSMS, there is neither a justification nor a method for
DFSMS to inspect the parameter list.
