No it doesn't...seems high from what I hear. Of course there are no
official numbers, but *at their peak* ISTR 7K MVS, 20K VM, 5K VSE. And that
was a long time ago, like 1989, pre-x86 servers; even just with mergers
etc., those would be a lot smaller.

My SWAG is 3K for each nowadays, plus ~100 TPF; essentially no additional
Linux for System z, since the real shops running Linux on z are also
running z/VM.
