I have a question or two for the group. Does anyone still use the ASAP (Automatic Software Alert Process) "application" of IBM Servicelink? My reason for asking...it appears (is) broke. The last Email I received from the ASAP application was on April 21,2020. I did not notice the "lack of Emails" from it for a couple of weeks. I have opened a feedback ticket as a Sev 2 on May 9, 2020. The last update from the support area was on May 15, 2020 and it appears to be saying that the problem is a "general issue" not specific to my IBM ID.
