I'm not sure that will be good enough for wiki. I recall some very specific language on the program directories for the optional source tapes, back when there were such things, that would be ideal if I could link to a copy.

Macro's are source. I'm not a lawyer but I believe they are considered protected material. While not specifically mentioned, they will be covered by more than one clause. For instance, making copies of distributed licensed material or redistributing licensed material.
