Does anyone have a simple document of the above that uses DFSORT's ICETOOL?
According to one coworker's effort, the first volser is in Column 9 for a length of 6. Does that sound right? I tried IEHIBALL on a browse of the extract file and quickly got confused with seeing column mismatches. We are converting all VTS tapes into a VE using TTO (Tivoli Tape Optimizer) and are looking to find all non-SCRATCH tape volsers beginning with a "B" or a "C" and see if the last used program *is not* GTOCOPY. That would produce a list of tapes remaining to be copied or excluded for other reasons.
