This is good thing to start, but it is part of the story.
It covers new datasets and ...do nothing for existing ones.
For batch datasets you should also copy them to move them to new volumes.
Things get more complex for database files, however those datasets can
be moved without and outage (vast majority of them) using database
facilities.
There are also JES SPOOL, PAGE and other systtem datasets, I mention big
ones. There are also some way to manage it. '
