You need at least three time sources, the more the better.

The time sources you have, what stratum are they at (stratum = how far
from a time source which they are.)

Verify that your organization's time sources is independent of each
other (a lot of people fails at that...)

Can the CPC be a time source for other system ie can it be a server in
ntp parlance ? Can the CPC be added as a peer ?

Would it be feasible to run the z13s as time servers in a peering
agreement which each other ?
