Well, IBSYS/IBJOB certainly influenced DOS, but it also influenced OS, e.g., 
planned overlays.

I dont think you'll find such a thing.

I always thought IBSYS/IBJOB were the predecessors of DOS/360, and DOS/360
was written as a temporary holdover to run on the 360 until OS was ready,
because OS was completely new implementation of things on the new machine
(i.e.  a completely new OS).
