Both might though... if one CSI is an experiment, or something put to one side when a previous install got into a mess. Maybe someone (else) then restarted with a new CSI and zones and never got rid of the old one. Another possibility is that neither CSI contains the FMID. Maybe there's other CSIs yet to be discovered.
