Jan, I think you might be getting a 404 error in IE? To access the IBM website, you use WWW.IBM.COM. The WWW-03.ibm.com is a redirection. If I use www-03.ibm.com it takes me to www.ibm.com
So, it might be the redirection is not working for you. Perhaps a DNS problem in your shop?
