I can access the HMC remotely using Firefox and Edge on a z13s, a z13, a z14 zr1, and a z15. I did have to turn off my popup blocker, but I have to do that just to get past the logon screen on the HMC. That's the first popup that you should receive, the one where you type in your userid and password. After that point, you get to an screen where you can look into the OSA stuff by selecting system management, and then the radio button for the processor and click on the "+" beside operational customization at the bottom of the page. Then you select OSA advanced facilities from there, choose the card you want, and then choose the radio button for card specific advanced utilities and click "ok". The option I normally choose next is the panel configuration options, but I think you actually want the Manual configuration options to be able to import/export/edit and validate a source file.
