I've been working with the HSM function to move datasets off of MOD-3 devices. I'm testing out the feature to code Serialization Error Exit = DB2 in the management class to invoke the DB2 CAF interface to close and unallocate DB2 tables if they aren't in use. I'm getting an 806 abend when DSS looks for module DSNALI (CAF interface). I suspect it's because the DSNLOAD library is not in the linklist. I have a ticket open with IBM HSM but I'm having to explain how this is supposed to work to them rather than making progress on resolving the issue? Has anyone else used this feature? Did you have to add a DB2 library to HSM as a step/joblib? Thanks
