I used the z/OSMF workflow for migrating to 2.4. I think it would make more sense and be easier to use if it were arranged in the order you actually do stuff, instead of like the sections of the old migration guides. For example, under 'Upgrading from z/OS V2R2', there's a section for each component, BCP, CIM, DFSMS, HCD, etc. Then, under each component, there's sections: 'BCP actions to perform before installing z/OS V2R4', 'BCP actions to perform before the first IPL of z/OS V2R4', 'BCP actions to perform after the first IPL of z/OS V2R4'. So first you have to go through all components, and perform 'actions to perform before installing z/OS V2R4'. Next go back through all components, and do 'xxx actions to perform before the first IPL', then back through everything doing 'xxx actions to perform after the first IPL' Or perhaps a sort option to sort the steps of the workflow and put all the 'before installing' steps together, then all the 'before IPL' steps together.
