Well, there never was a product called OS/VS COBOL II. There was OS/VS COBOL (last release V1.2.4, never a release 3) and there was a VS COBOL II V1.3 (several mod levels, 1.3.0 (1988) 1.3.1 (1989) and 1.3.2(1990). So, first step is to find out what COBOL you are really after!
