Sorry for the late getting back to this List. Let me get you some of those at
this moment. Will get you all later this week.
1) there is JES MAS in that CEC sharing 5 lpars but no change needed in JES
Exits at this moment
2) We will stop auto routing commands to removing lpar(s)
3) yes we will readjust the Weight numbers anytime after removed those numbers
from HMC dynamically refresh mode
4) please confirm me that we will absolutely take out memories and add them to
other lpars
- in this case, 1) take out init/reserved memory from Image profile and
save from HMC
2) deactivate the removing lpar from HMC
3) POR needed to completely release the memory from the
CEC? Sure we need to do POR
4) reassign those memories as needed to other lpars and
deactivate/activate the Lpars taking advantage?
5) after building the Production IODF, will dynamically refresh all S/W
activation, and H/W activation from remaining lpars
and change IOCDS for next future POR, anything I might miss and something
you encountered?
