The two most likely things to have happened to cause this are : (1) Maintenance applied to SDSF and any ISFPARMS and ISFUSER were not re-assembled and relinked (2) Maintenance applied to SDSF and the user is picking up a mismatch between SISFLOAD and SISFLPA contents
