We had a new CSI setup for us by a managed service company. it appears one of the underlying products was not applied correctly. This is IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS FMID HTCZ110. This product is then in turn used to install and configure Db2 Query Monitor and High Performance Unload for DB2 which we have installed. Can I just reorder the IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS, receive and apply it? The product appears in my CSI but most of the under lying DDDEFs are empty.
1. Product prerequisites. You can try to order the tool - you will see whether there are any prereqs which must be ordered with the product. Some are bypassable, and some are not. 2. SMP/E environment. You want to APPLY the product which is already applied according to CSI "knowledge". You may think it was applied, but someone accidentally deleted content o the libraries. In such case it is possible to enforce APPLY.
