Thanks for the link and after looking it over they even got most of it
correct. EMC never had a MDL-6000 it did have a DLm6000, but now I am being
picky. I remember reading the paper edition of computer world back in the day
(yes, I am that old). Since I was on the trip down memory, I did start looking
for Mainframe articles and found them few and far between (that is if you
discount the article about migrating off). Now maybe I just did not look in the
right place that is always a possibility.
And just for clarity, I do work for Dell Technologies, specifically in
the Mainframe Division and more specifically on the DLm product. And I do want
to avoid unpleasantness.
