Yes, create a large enough ZFS to hold the CONTENT and ORDER files, you will 
need an equal size or better ZFS to use for temporary installation work space 
later, so you might as well make them both up front.  Two 3390-27's is a bit 
large, but if you have the space, you should use it.  You will be able to 
delete both ZFS datasets when you finish.  If you already have the data on DVD, 
spinning it on a 3390 when you finish is just a waste of space.

When you copy the data to the ZFS, make sure you use BINARY copy via FTP (or 
whatever method you decide on to get the data there).
