There are definitely dates that changed from the initial release announcement 
through EOS. If you have online sources for additions or corrections, post them 
and [[OS/360 and successors#Timeline]] will get updated.

I wish that the IBM archivist were willing and able to put all of the 
announcement letters online and index them.

Thank you for your quick answer.

Unfortunately this is the service I called horribly inconvenient. ;-)
And the page does NOT provide information about older z/OS versions. Not
to mention OS/390.

BTW: there is some information on en.wiki, unfortunately there are
serious mistakes there. Maybe because some source provide planned EOS
date, but it was changed later.
