Thanks.

There are four "shelves" in the HTML index called simply "Title".
Examples are (or should be): "DFSORT" and "HCD".

There appear to be two HTML indices:
linkindex 7+ find . -name '*.htm*' -ls
34973070 2288 -rwxr-xr-x 1 paulgilm staff 1167405
Apr 1 00:29 ./1._Open_Me_First_zOS_V2R4_Adobe_Indexed_Collection.html
34973073 2288 -rwxr-xr-x 1 paulgilm staff 1169266
Apr 1 00:25
./1._Open_Me_First_zOS_V2R4_Adobe_Indexed_Collection_files/1._Open_Me_First_zOS_V2R4_Adobe_Indexed_Collection_files.htm

They appear to be functionally equivalent. Are both necessary?
Which should I prefer to use?

Thanks again,
gil
