Hi Bob!   Thanks, and thanks to others.  I doubted there was a distinction but 
I wish it would have 
mentioned RECEIVE ORDER or "electronic delivery"  to know for sure.  I 
typically think of a
"service order" as a ShopZ order.  

I went through the process of doing the list anyway since I only had a couple 
of global zones
to do it on and since I normally just receive maintenance manually when I get 
an email about
a new RSU level monthly and only receive recommended maintenance, I ended up 
clean
for both z/OS 2.3 and z/OS 2.4.
